It may also cause head pain with throbbing quality and also worsens the physical activity of a man. It hinders in the regular daily activities. It also causes nausea with or without vomiting. But in most of the cases this does not cure but also can cause some side affects from the medications which we intake.

Change in the life styles that are avoiding the things that cause migraine headache. There should be change in the diet we intake, the amount of stress we have in our life and other lifestyle habits may add to getting migraines. There should be change like cultivating a habit of eating healthy diets, quitting smoking, less consumption of alcohol which will help in improving the headaches.
